I placed an order successfully, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail yet. What should I do?
After finalizing your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating your order number and a summary of your order details. Milani Clothing Company uses custom services to ensure high deliverability of our transactions e-mails. Please check your SPAM folder in your email client In case you didn't receive the order confirmation. Please contact us if you haven´t received an order confirmation email within 2 hours.

Can I check my order status?
Of course, you can view your order status from ¨order history and details¨ inyour account.

If I put an item into my shopping cart, will this mean that I have reserved it?
No, only paid order will be processed/reserved.

Can I add items to an order that I placed?
No, you have to either place a new order, or cancel your current order. Please note that we cannot cancel and refund shipped orders. You have to return the package to us before we can start the cancellation process. Please check the Return and Cancellationpage for more information.

Will inventory be restocked?
Yes, most of our items get restocked regularly.Though, some products have limited availability. We will indicate this inthe product descriptionif this is the case.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless the out of stock message appears once you try to add the product in your basket..

Where do I enter the voucher or discount code?
You can enter your discount code at the checkout page.Enter the code in the field “Promo Code” and press the “ADD” button. Your discount will automatically be deducted from the total payment.

Do I need to set up an account before placing an order?
No not necessarily, but having an account has some advantages like:

  1. Tracking your orders and reviewing past purchases.
  2. Requesting your return or exchange directly from your account.
  3. Saving your personal details and card details for faster shopping.
  4. Managing your personal details and delivery address, order status, order history and e-mail preferences.

Can I reset my password?

I lost my gift cardcode, what should I do?
Please contact customer support. Wewill retrieve and resend the gift card code to your e-mail address.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on your location. You can check the most recent transit times herehttps://goo.gl/XcRG6f
Please note that in some countries your package delivery may get delayed by customs because of inspections. Unfortunately thereis nothing we can do to speed up the process.

We recommended you to contact your local customs and borders for more information. The customs could take 30 days to send the package forward to the right address. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country. Please let us know if you haven’t received your package after the customs clearance time.

Can I use post office boxes and freight forwarding?
Unfortunately no. We are unable to deliver to:

  1. Post office boxes
  2. Forwarding Addresses
  3. Aramex addresses

Can I organise for my order to be delivered to a different address?
Yes, make sure to your change shippingaddress beforecheckout in step 3. We cannot change your shippingaddress once your order has beenshipped. Please contact us as soon as possible ifyou have madea mistake regarding your shipping address.

Is my package insured?
Yes, Milani Clothing Company packagesare insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping until the moment you sign for receiving the package. All shipments require a signature upondelivery, due to the high value of the products we sell. This means that we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

Am I allowed to try on the items?
Yes it is OK for you to open the packaging and try on items. But there are some rules we need you to follow:

  1. Take care not to get any marks on the garments, packaging or accessories.
  2. Leave the labels intact.
  3. Don´t throw away any other accessories like paperwork and receipts.
  4. The boxes should be kept intact, as they are considered part of the product.
  5. We do not accept laundered garments.

My order is faulty, what should i do?
We work really hard to make sure all our goods are of very high quality, so we’re really sorry that there’s a fault in something you’ve bought from us. Please contact customer support, we will assist you further.

Unfortunately no.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product received as a gift?
Yes, contact us before returning the product. We will be happy to help you with the return in exchange for a gift card.

Will I receive a full refund when returning an order?
Yes, no problem, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items should be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, with all accessories included and attached. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer. The return terms and instructions can be found on theReturns and Cancellations page.

What are the terms and conditions of the Special offers?

  1. Special packages;It’s not possible to exclude a product from the package. If you want a different size/color you have to return the entire package.
  2. Discount offers;The discount will be recalculated before the return department makes the refund.
  3. Gift vouchers;The Gift Voucher has to be used in one order. In case the order total is lower than the amount of the Gift Voucher, we’re able to create a new voucher of the remaining value.

Can I return orders paid with the Milani Giftcard?
Yes, we will credit your giftcard once we have processed your return.

How long will my refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days from when we receive your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorise your payment provider to release the money back into your account. How long your payment provider takes to release the money will depend on their own terms and conditions. Purchases made through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please note: If you paid with a credit card, the refund will not be visible on your credit card statement until the end of the month.

Late returns
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns later than 14 days will not be accepted by Milani Clothing Company.
